The Great South Run is Europe’s most popular 10 mile race, with 21,000 runners.

It's on a fast, flat course through Southsea, Portsmouth and passes some of Portsmouth's naval heritage, including HMS Victory and the Mary Rose.

However you can still take part by signing up for a The Who Cares? Trust charity place.

Registration fee:   £25
