Thank you to everyone who took part in the 2010 Biking for Children in Care cycle challenge!
This year's event took place over the weekend of 24-27 June with 50 cyclists pedalling 200 miles across the wild (and very hilly) north country – all to raise a target of £40,000 for children in care.
The cyclists started their epic journey in Newcastle before crossing the width of the country to Carlisle, and back across the beautiful Northumbria countryside finishing four days later at the millennium bridge in Newcastle.
