Building Futures for care leavers

Useful learnings have come out of Building Futures, a project run by the Trust to help care leavers get back into the workplace.
Young people took part in an intensive three-day course to build confidence and prepare for the workplace before embarking on a fortnight’s placement.
The project provided lessons for future practice around engaging young people in similar schemes and about how to support young people with employment more generally. We want to share those lessons with you. View project report and resources...
