What Should Feeling Good Feel Like?

All sorts of things help us to feel good (No, not just chocolate and warm, snuggly jumpers!)  Some of these things are pretty big and pretty important so need to be thought about.  

Plus, they're things that can change quickly or often which can then make the way we feel also change...clever!
