Food poisoning, salmonella, sickness - these are some of the nasties you could get if you’re not careful when making (and eating) food.

To make it simple, here's some advice for food prepping - just remember to keep it all clean!

Cookery words

In order to follow a recipe, there are a few cookery words that you'll need to know. There's no secret to cooking and you don't need any experience, but it's best to be a little prepared.

Once you know the basics, you should feel a bit more confident about working your way through a recipe. It's all about practise and building up some confidence in the kitchen. The only way you'll do that is to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty!
