Leaving school… what next?

School, school, school. All of that fuss and before you know it, Year 7's turned into Year 10 and you're thinking of moving on.

If you think back to how you felt before your first day in Year 7, you were probably a bit nervous, slightly worried perhaps...and that was just to go into Year 7! Madness!

What's the next step?

You're probably finding that everyone you know over a certain age is asking the same thing: "So what are you going to do next?"

"Agghggghghgh!" you might silently scream inside your head. "I don't know!" Panic! Panic!

Take a deep breath.

First up, most people don't have their whole life planned out. They might have some ideas, but they don't know for sure. You're allowed to be confused and to try some things out. In fact, trying things out is probably a good idea. Some things might tick all your boxes, other things might not work out. Don't stress too much! As ever, help is there for those of you smart enough to ask.

"Having an education is more important to me than being famous or wealthy. I actually think going to university will make me a better actress. Look at Jodie Foster, Natalie Portman, Meryl Streep - they all educated themselves. It's really important"
