We are a small charity with limited resources, and we have to use them carefully.
All of our publications have been produced to improve the lives of looked after children, and we therefore want them to be disseminated as widely as possible. Where funding allows, we provide our publications free of charge. However, in most cases we do have to charge a fee to cover our costs, but we always strive to ensure that this is not prohibitive. Any small profit made from the sale of our publications is used to support our work with children and young people in care.
All prices shown include VAT and delivery charge, excluding items that are free of charge for which we charge a small postage and packaging cost. Please see individual items for details.
All items are dispatched by second class post or by courier. All orders over the value of £10.00 will require a signature at the point of delivery.
Your items will be dispatched within one working week.
If you order more than one item, we will dispatch your order once all of the items are available. In the case of pre-orders or items that are currently unavailable, we recommend that you place separate orders as items become available in order to receive your items as soon as possible.
If your order hasn't arrived, you've received the wrong items or you've got any other problems with your delivery, please contact us.
You can return unwanted items to us in their original condition within 14 days of the date that you received them.
On receipt of the returned items we will issue a full refund for the price you paid, or credit your account to the same value, depending on what you would prefer.
