Natasha has over 20 years' experience in the charity sector and became Chief Executive of The Who Cares? Trust in 2008. She spent 16 years at ChildLine, the last six of which she directed the charity's campaigning, communications, policy and research activities. She has worked as a director of a health charity and as an adviser to a number of large charities and the Charity Commission. She was a trustee of the adoption charity Childlink until 2010 and is a Fellow of the Royal Society of the Arts.

After many years as an accountant in the commercial sector, Helen specialised in charity accounting in 2003, gaining qualifications including the ICAEW’s Diploma in Charity Accounting. She joined The Who Cares? Trust in 2009. She has worked as a finance consultant for Westminster Mind and currently acts as Chair and Treasurer for a number of charities in Dorset.

Victoria was National Director of the Care Leavers' Association for five years and brings a wealth of experience in working to improve the lives of young people in and from care. Victoria is also Deputy Chair of a Fostering Assessment Panel for an independent fostering agency. Contact Victoria

Stephen joined us in 2011, having previously worked for the National Care Advisory Service (NCAS) where he led on the coordination of young people’s involvement in participation activities across a number of projects. Stephen also has previous experience working directly with young people in care as a residential support worker and an outreach officer, and was a trustee of the Care Leavers' Association for a number of years. Jack joined our Projects and Policy Team in 2011 from an “outstanding” local authority in London. He has developed policy and research for local authority children’s services departments for the past seven years and previously worked as Training and Research Manager in a further education college. He is currently Chair of Governors at a London primary school and mentors a care leaver. Contact Jack

Kevani has been involved with the Trust since early 2011, when she volunteered for our 'Don’t write us off' project. Her experience of being in care has pushed her to want to help improve the system for others.
In September 2011, Kevani joined our projects team as an intern for one-day per week while she studies for her social work degree at Greenwich University.
