Inside Government’s forum, Looked After Children: Improving the Prospects of Young People, on 20 September 2011, was considered to be a great success. Jack Smith, from the Who Cares? Trust gave a very informative presentation on ‘Education for Looked after Children and Young People Leaving Care’.
